摘  要:针对引信传统设计过程中只能在实物试验中测试验证引信性能,引信研发效率受到制约的问题,提出侵彻引信起爆控制电路性能样机的设计方法。该方法将起爆控制电路设计和验证过程中的关键特征总结为数据矩阵,以设计要求、数据和知识库作为输入,建立起爆控制电路在数字空间中的性能模型。通过建立性能样机可以快速测试在当前工况条件以及环境噪声更为复杂的工况条件下起爆控制电路的响应情况,在不需要实物试验的情况下测试选用不同元器件对起爆控制电路性能的影响,能够有效提升研发效率。In order to solve the problem that the traditional design process of fuze can only test and verify the performance of the fuze in the physical test,and the efficiency of fuze research and development is restricted,a design method for the performance prototype of the fuze initiation control circuit was proposed.In this method,the key features in the design and verification process of the initiation control circuit were summarized into a data matrix,and the performance prototype of the detonation control circuit in the digital space was established with the design requirements,data and knowledge base as inputs.The design example showed that the response of the initiation control circuit could be quickly tested under the current working conditions and under more complex environmental noise conditions by establishing a performance prototype,and the impact of different components on the performance of the initiation control circuit could be tested without physical testing,which could effectively improve the R&D efficiency.
