广东省农业用地利用效率评价及影响因素分析

摘　　要：广东省各地区的农业生产在农业用地利用效率上存在着显著的差异。本文收集了2016—2020年广东省20个地区的面板数据,构建了测算广东省各地区农地利用效率的投入—产出指标体系,使用DEA超效率模型与Malmquist指数分解相结合的方法,比较分析了广东省20个地区在此期间农地利用效率及其变动趋向,使用面板数据归因分析方法,讨论了广东省各地区农地利用效率变动的影响因素和作用路径。结论如下:①2016—2020年期间,广东省各地域土地利用效率存在显著的差异,近50%地区的农业用地利用处于DEA无效状态;②广东省整体农地利用效率在2016—2020年期间呈现增长态势。③广东省各地区农地利用效率及其变动趋势在2016—2020年期间存在着显著的差异性。④广东省城市经济的快速发展对农业发展的促进效应小于对农业资源的挤占效应。⑤与广东省各地区急速现代化发展相比,广东省各地区农业生产的结构调整已经表现出了发展滞后现象。There are significant differences in agricultural land use efficiency among different regions in Guangdong Province.This article collected panel data from 20 regions in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2020,constructed an input-output indicator system to measure the efficiency of agricultural land use in each region of Guangdong Province,and used a combination of DEA super efficiency model and Malmquist index decomposition method to compare and analyze the efficiency and trend of agricultural land use in 20 regions of Guangdong Province during this period.Panel data attribution analysis method was used,Discussed the influencing factors and pathways of changes in agricultural land use efficiency in various regions of Guangdong Province.The conclusion is as follows:①From 2016 to 2020,there were significant differences in land use efficiency among different regions in Guangdong Province,with nearly 50%of agricultural land use in DEA ineffective state;②The overall efficiency of agricultural land use in Guangdong Province showed an increasing trend from 2016 to 2020 There are significant differences in the efficiency and trend of agricultural land use among different regions in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2020 The rapid development of urban economy in Guangdong Province has a smaller promoting effect on agricultural development than the crowding out effect on agricultural resources Compared with the rapid modernization development in various regions of Guangdong Province,the structural adjustment of agricultural production in various regions of Guangdong Province has shown a phenomenon of lagging development.
