摘 要:基于成熟的蒙特卡罗方法研制了自主化硼中子俘获治疗(boron neutron capture therapy, BNCT)剂量蒙特卡罗计算程序Magic。基于Magic程序构建了含肿瘤Snyder头部模型的解析模型及1 mm×1 mm×1 mm精细Snyder体素模型进行BNCT剂量计算,以MCNP程序模拟计算深度-剂量率的分布曲线作为参考结果对Magic程序进行验证。数值验证结果表明,二者分布曲线相吻合,硼剂量率、热中子剂量率、超热中子和快中子剂量率、次级光子剂量率及总的相对生物效应剂量率的相对偏差小于5%,满足BNCT临床治疗偏差的要求,初步验证了Magic程序剂量计算的正确性和可靠性。同时基于Magic,建立了10B开放式药代动力学模型,定量研究动态硼浓度下BNCT剂量学,计算得到动态下与稳态下剂量的相对偏差为11.78%,可为开展BNCT临床试验提供参考。In this paper,a self-developed Monte Carlo program Magic is developed for boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT)dose claculation.To verify the correctness of the Magic program,an analytical model of Snyder head phantom containing tumors and a fine Snyder voxel model are constructed for BNCT dose calculation.The MCNP program is used to simulate the depth-dose rate distribution curve as a reference result to verify the Magic program.The numerical verification results show that the distribution curves of the two are consistent.The relative deviations of boron dose rate,thermal neutron dose rate,epithermal neutron and fast neutron dose rate,secondary photon dose rate,and total relative biological effect dose rate are kept within 5%,which meets the requirements of BNCT clinical treatment deviation,and preliminarily verifies the correctness and reliability of Magic program dose calculation.At the same time,based on Magic,a 10 B open pharmacokinetic model is established to quantitatively study the dosimetry of BNCT under dynamic boron concentration.The relative deviation between dynamic and steady state doses is calculated to be 11.78%,providing an important reference for the future development of BNCT clinical trials.
