摘 要:为增大高频段器件的输出功率,基于电子束调制深度与器件功率容量两个因素,设计了一种K波段高功率同轴渡越时间振荡器。采用高外观品质因数Qe值的三间隙矩形调制腔与低Qe值单间隙梯形调制腔级联的两级调制结构,提高了电子束调制深度;采用双通道分布式能量提取结构,增大了器件功率容量。利用粒子模拟软件对所设计的器件进行了仿真和优化,仿真结果表明:在二极管电压为500 kV,二极管电流为10 kA,外加导引磁场磁感应强度为0.74 T的条件下,获得了2.2 GW的微波输出功率,束波功率转换效率达44%,输出微波频率为18.55 GHz,且频谱纯净。A coaxial transit-time oscillator with high power in K-band is designed to increase the output power of high frequency devices.To improve the depth of electron beam modulation,a two-stage modulation structure cascaded with a three gap rectangular modulation cavity of high appearance quality factor Q e and a single gap trapezoidal modulation of low appearance quality factor Q e is used.A distributed energy extraction structure with double channel is designed to improve the power capacity of the device.The designed device is simulated and optimized by using particle simulation software.The simulation results show that the output microwave power of 2.2 GW,the power conversion efficiency of 44%,and the microwave frequency of 18.55 GHz and a pure spectrum are obtained under the diode voltage of 500 kV,current of 10 kA,and the guided magnetic field of 0.74 T.
