摘　　要：目的探讨系统护理干预对乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量对及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法研究对象为2022年1~12月乳腺癌化疗患者60例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,给予常规护理和系统护理,并比较干预效果。结果研究组心理健康状况评价均较对照组更低,但癌因性疲乏严重程度改变状况、生活质量评分以及护理满意程度均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌化疗患者进行系统护理干预不仅有助于改善患者心理状态,同时还可以有效地减轻癌因性疲乏严重程度,并最终促进患者的生活质量提升,获得患者更高的护理服务评价,值得被深入推广运用。Objective To explore the impact of systematic nursing intervention on the quality of life and cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy from January 2022 to December 2022 were recruited.They were randomly divided into control group and research group.Conventional nursing and systematic nursing were given to patients of control group and research group,respectively.Intervention effects were compared between groups.Results The mental health evaluation of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,but the severity of cancer-related fatigue,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention for breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy improves the psychological state and quality of life,and reduces the severity of cancer-related fatigue.It obtains a high evaluation of nursing care and is worthy of furtheRpromotion and application.
