摘 要:针对片类柔软产品人工整形操作花费大量人力资源的问题,设计一种自动整形装箱装置,以提升该类产品的整形装箱工作效率。通过对整形装盒功能、纸箱状态进行分析研究,设计一种多气缸、多连杆机构,并采用动态静力分析方法对爬坡机构进行运动学和动力学分析;利用SolidWorks建立片类柔软产品整形装盒装置三维模型,并对机构进行运动学仿真。结果表明,机构能进行平缓运动,实现片类柔软产品的整形装盒要求。现场试验表明,装置每天(运行时间8 h)平均能够处理14400片产品,效率较人工整形操作提高约2.8倍,具有合理性及实用性。研究为片类柔软产品整形装盒装置的设计提供方法及思路。In order to solve the problem that the manual shaping operation of soft products spends a lot of human resources,an automatic shaping and cartoning device was designed to improve the shaping and cartoning efficiency of such products.Through the analysis and research on the shaping and cartoning function and carton state,a multi-cylinder and multi-link mechanism was designed,and the dynamic static analysis method was used to carry out kinematic and dynamic analysis on the climbing mechanism;a three-dimensional model of the shaping and cartoning device for soft products was established using SolidWorks;and a kinematic simulation was carried out on the mechanism.The results show that the mechanism can perform gentle movement to realize the requirements of shaping and cartoning of soft products.Field tests show that the designed device can averagely handle 14400 pieces of products in 8 hours per day,and the cartoning productivity is improved by about 2.8 times compared with the manual shaping operation,which is reasonable and practical.The study provides methods and ideas for the design of cartoning device for soft products.
