摘 要:电子式电压互感器的误差稳定性较差,需要在不停电的条件下进行误差检测。检测中的关键在于一次高压信号的在线测量。针对这一需求,设计了1种基于标准电容器的高压信号精密测量系统。相比于标准电压互感器,标准电容器无铁芯和电感单元,并且作为高压信号的传感主体,可安全地通过机械升降的方式带电接入一次导体。此外,为实现电压信号的精密测量,设计了1种带T型网络的改进模拟积分电路和高精度信号采样电路。校准试验结果表明,所设计的高压信号精密测量系统测量准确度满足0.05级的要求。该系统可作为标准电压互感器,用于电子式电压互感器测量误差的带电检测。Electronic voltage transformers have poor error stability and need to be tested for errors under non-power conditions.The key in the detection lies in the on-line measurement of the primary high voltage signal.To address this need,a precision measurement system for high-voltage signals based on a standard capacitor is designed.Compared with a standard voltage transformer,a standard capacitor has no iron core and inductive unit,and as the sensing body of the high-voltage signal,it can be safely connected to the primary conductor electrically by means of mechanical lifting and lowering.In addition,one improved analog integration circuit with T-network and a high-precision signal sampling circuit are designed for precision measurement of voltage signals.Calibration test results show that the designed high-voltage signal precision measurement system meets the requirements of 0.05 level of measurement accuracy.The system can be used as a standard voltage transformer for the electronic voltage transformer measurement error of the charged detection.
