颞三针联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后失语的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察颞三针联合重复经颅磁刺激疗法对卒中后失语患者的疗效。方法:以2021年6月~2023年6月期间在广东省第二中医院康复科收治的60例卒中后失语患者纳为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组仅采用Schuell刺激法,试验组则给予Schuell刺激法及“颞三针”联合重复经颅磁刺激疗法,治疗4个疗程后评估WAB评分、MMSE评分及CADL评分。结果:治疗4个疗程后,试验组WAB评分、MMSE评分及CADL评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:“颞三针”联合重复经颅磁刺激可有效改善卒中后失语患者的语言能力,其治疗效果较单纯Schuell刺激法佳。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of temporal triple acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in treatment of post-stroke aphasia.Methods:Sixty patients with post stroke aphasia admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The control group was only given Schuell stimulation method,while experimental group was given Schuell stimulation method and temporal triple acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.WAB scores,MMSE scores and CADL scores were assessed after 4 courses of treatment.Results:After 4 courses of treatment,the improvement of WAB,MMSE,and CADL scores in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of temporal triple acupuncture and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can greatly improve the language ability of patients with aphasia after stroke,and its therapeutic effect is better than the simple Schuell stimulation method.
