摘 要:以广州市流溪河国家森林公园内的毛竹林、竹阔混交林和常绿阔叶林为研究对象,探讨2018—2019年的旱、雨季,毛竹扩张对土壤理化性质的影响,及其引起的土壤跳虫群落特征的改变。研究结果显示:①共捕获土壤跳虫4455头,隶属于12科27属,其中,符跳属、拟裸长角跳属和小圆跳属为优势属。②3种类型样地中土壤跳虫的个体密度和类群数均为雨季高于旱季。旱季所有指标在不同林分类型之间无显著差异。雨季土壤跳虫的个体密度、类群数、Shannon⁃Weiner多样性指数、Simpson优势度指数和Margalef丰富度指数均表现为毛竹林>竹阔混交林>常绿阔叶林,Pielou均匀度指数为竹阔混交林>毛竹林>常绿阔叶林。③随着毛竹扩张,凋落物层的β-葡糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶、β-乙酰葡糖胺糖苷酶和土壤有机碳显著降低,导致土壤跳虫的个体密度、类群数显著增加,多样性亦增加,但扩张中过渡类型的竹阔混交林跳虫多样性减少。毛竹扩张不同阶段中土壤跳虫的大部分优势属和常见属相同,表明土壤跳虫群落在毛竹扩张过程中具有一定的稳定性。To understand the impacts of Phyllostachys edulis expansion on soil Collembola community composi⁃tion and diversity,in the dry and rainy seasons from 2018 to 2019,we studied the Phyllostachy edulis,bamboo broad⁃leaved mixed forest,and evergreen broad⁃leaved forest in Liuxihe National Forest Park in Guangzhou.The results showed that:①A total number of 4455 soil Collembola were captured,belonging to 12 families and 27 genera,of which Folsomia,Pseudosinella,and Sminthurinus were the dominant genera.②In the sam⁃ple plots from different forest types,both individual density and the number of genera were higher in the rainy season than in the dry season.All the indicators were not significantly different among different forest types in the dry season.Individual density,genus richness,Shannon⁃Weiner diversity index,Simpson index and Mar⁃galef index in the rainy season were Phyllostachy edulis>Bamboo⁃broad mixed forest>evergreen broad⁃leaved forest,and Pielou evenness was Bamboo⁃broad mixed forest>Phyllostachy edulis>evergreen broad⁃leaved for⁃est.③With the expansion of Phyllostachys edulis,there were significant reductions inβ⁃glucosidase enzyme,acid phosphatase,β⁃N⁃acetylglucosaminidase,and soil organic carbon of the litter layer,which led to a signifi⁃cant increase in Collembola density and genus richness,as did the diversity.However,it was reduced that the Collembola diversity of the transition area formed during the expansion.The dominant genera and common gene⁃ra were similar during different expansion stages among different forest types,which indicated that the soil Col⁃lembola community was stable in the expansion of Phyllostachys edulis to some extent.
