摘 要:本文研究了铁盐絮凝法处理再生废脱硝催化剂时产生的含重金属砷、钒废水的混凝效果情况,结果表明:采用铁盐絮凝法处理该重金属废水是可行的,混凝剂(FeCl_(3))投加量、pH值、静沉时间是影响混凝效果的主要因素,投加PAM对混凝效果的影响不大。混凝效果随着混凝药剂FeCl_(3)投加量的增大而增大,而反应pH值具有最优的范围,静沉时间越长混凝效果越优。就本试验用水而言,通过试验确定在Fe/As(质量比)≥3、p H值8—9、静沉时间≥3h的条件下,可实现出水砷小于0.5mg/L、钒小于0.6mg/L的目标。The experiment was carried out with the aim of study the effect of coagulation after adding coagulant(FeCl_(3))agent into the waste water containing As,V producing by regenerating Denitration Catalyst.The result indicated that the process of iron salt precipitation-flocculation can be used as treating the waste water containing As,V,coagulation(FeCl_(3))agent,pH and HRT is the main influence factor in the iron salt precipitation-flocculation process.Coagulant dosage or suitable range of pH or HRT increase can improve removal rate of heavy metal in water,and the test also indicate the adding PAM has almost no effect on the process of precipitation-flocculation.On the condition that the mass rate of Fe/As is less than 3,pH8—9 and HRT3h,the concentration of As in water is less than 0.5mg/L and the concentration of V in water is less than 0.6mg/L.
