摘  要:本文针对某钢厂高炉烟气旋转喷雾半干法脱硫及除尘项目,由于设备运行时,出气烟道阻力过大,发生了脱硫塔旋转雾化器顶部出现正压、动力电缆被烧坏的状况,导致设备无法正常运转,故采用CFD技术对其流场进行数值模拟,给出烟道的整改和导流板的布置方案。结果表明:科学合理的烟道布置形式及内部导流装置的应用对系统的良好运行发挥了重要作用,能保证烟道内烟气相对均匀,减少引风机出力,从而实现系统的正常运行并节能降耗。This paper aims at a project of rotary spray semi-dry desulfuration and dust removal of blast furnace flue gas of a steel plant.Due to the excessive resistance of the exhaust gas flue during the operation of the equipment,a positive pressure occurred on the top of the rotary atomizer of the desulfurization tower,and the power cable was burned out,resulting in the equipment cannot work properly.CFD technology is used to simulate its flow field numerically,and the scheme of flue rectification and baffle layout is given.The results show that the scientific and reasonable flue layout and the application of the internal diversion device play an important role in the good operation of the system,which can ensure the relative uniformity of flue gas and reduce the output of the induced draft fan,so as to realize the normal operation of the system and reduce energy consumption.
