摘  要:本文研究了回收蚀刻废液中的氟硅酸制备氟硅酸钠的工艺,分别研究了晶种系数、硫酸钠溶液浓度、硫酸钠溶液过量系数对氟硅酸钠产品纯度、含水率及氟硅酸去除率的影响。在晶种系数20%、硫酸钠溶液浓度10%、硫酸钠溶液过量系数1.2的优化条件下,氟硅酸钠产品的含水率为5.21%,纯度可达99.6%,而且各项指标均达到《工业氟硅酸钠》(GB 23936—2018)中Ⅰ型优等品的要求,废液中氟硅酸含量可降至0.344mg/L,去除率可达99.99%。In this paper,the process of preparing Na2SiF6 by recovering H2SiF6 from the glass thinning and etching waste liquid was studied.The research was carried on the effects of purity of sodium sulfate products,moisture content of sodium fluosilicate,and removal rate of fluosilicic acid were studied from crystal seed coefficient,concentration and excess coefficientof Na2SO4 solution.Under the optimal conditions of crystal seed coefficient of 20%,solution concentration of 10%and excess coefficient of 1.2,the moisture content of sodium fluosilicate products is 5.21%,the purity can reach 99.6%.The indicators all meet the requirements of type I superior product in Sodium hexafluorosilicate for industrial use(GB 23936—2018).The content of H2SiF6 in the waste liquid can be reduced to 0.344mg/L,and the removal rate of which can reach 99.99%.
