雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片在围绝经期过渡期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血伴雌激素缺乏症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片在围绝经期过渡期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血(AUB-O)伴雌激素缺乏症患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年6月—2023年6月于博罗县妇幼保健院妇科门诊治疗的AUB-O伴雌激素缺乏症患者80例作为研究对象,随机分对照组和观察组,各40例。观察组给予雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,对照组给予地屈孕酮片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、雌激素水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。治疗前,两组黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组LH、FSH、P水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,两组E_(2)水平均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片应用于绝经过渡期AUB-O伴雌激素缺乏症者中,可以有效提高患者的雌激素水平,治疗效果显著,安全性较高。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in patients during menopausal transition with abnormal uterine bleeding associated with ovulatory disorders(AUB-O)and also estrogen deficiency.Methods:80 patients with AUB-O and estrogen deficiency treated in the gynecology outpatient department of Boluo County Mater⁃nal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases each.The observation group was treated with estradiol tablets/estradiol dy⁃drogesterone tablets,and the control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets.The two groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,estrogen level,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Before treatment,luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)levels of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of LH,FSH and P of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the levels of E_(2) of the two groups were increased,and the observa⁃tion group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets applied in patients with AUB-O and estrogen deficiency during menopausal transition can ef⁃fectively improve the estrogen level of patients,and it is also a safe therapy.
