基于“从头到脚评估法”的双人复诵法在麻醉恢复室食管癌患者术后多管道交接中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究基于“从头到脚评估法”的双人复诵法在麻醉恢复室食管癌患者术后多管道交接中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年5—7月常州市第一人民医院麻醉恢复室的食管癌术后患者61例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(29例,采用常规交接法进行交接)和观察组(32例,采用基于“从头到脚评估法”的双人复诵法进行交接)。观察两组管道交接时间、管道交接不良事件发生率。结果:观察组管道交接时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管道交接不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在麻醉恢复室食管癌患者术后多管道交接中应用基于“从头到脚评估法”的双人复诵法虽然会增加交接班时间,但可降低管道交接不良事件发生率,保障患者安全。Objective:To investigate the application of two-person recitation method based on the"head-to-toe assessment meth⁃od"in the postoperative multi-tube handover of esophageal cancer patients in the anesthesia recovery room.Methods:Sixty-one postoperative patients with esophageal cancer in the anesthesia recovery room of Changzhou First People's Hospital from May to July 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into a control group(twenty-nine cases,using the conventional handover method for handover)and an observation group(thirty-two cases,using the two-person recitation method based on the"head-totoe assessment method"for handover)using a randomized numerical table.We observed the handover time and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups.Results:The pipeline handover time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of pipeline handover adverse events in the ob⁃servation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Al⁃though the application of two-person recitation method based on"head-to-toe assessment method"in the postoperative multitube handover of esophageal cancer patients in the anesthesia recovery room may increase the handover time,it can reduce the in⁃cidence of adverse events in the tube handover and protect the safety of patients.
