摘  要:目的:探讨孕中期超声系统检查在出生缺陷儿检出中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月于盱眙县妇幼保健院建档的5243例孕妇为研究对象,孕妇均于孕中期使用美国GE Voluson E8实时四维彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行产前超声系统检查,统计异常病例。检查提示正常的孕妇随访至分娩,检查提示异常的孕妇则于上级医院接受进一步检查,以随访获得的上级医院复诊结果、引产/分娩后病理结果为“金标准”,评价孕中期超声系统检查对胎儿畸形的检出效能。结果:5243例孕妇经孕中期超声系统检查,发现异常病例49例,异常检出率0.93%。检查提示异常的孕妇,经“金标准”诊断均确诊畸形,孕中期超声系统检查胎儿畸形的灵敏度为100.00%,特异度为100.00%,准确率为100.00%。结论:孕中期超声系统检查可以有效检出出生缺陷儿,帮助提高出生人口质量,促进优生优育。Objective:To explore the application value of mid-pregnancy ultrasound system examination in the detection of birth defective children.Methods:Five thousand two hundred and forty-three pregnant women who were enrolled in Xuyi County Mater⁃nal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All pregnant women un⁃derwent prenatal ultrasound system examination in mid-pregnancy using American GE Voluson E8 real-time four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument,and abnormal cases were counted.Pregnant women with normal findings were fol⁃lowed up until delivery,while those with abnormal findings were further examined in a higher-level hospital,and the results of fol⁃low-up examinations in higher-level hospitals and pathologic findings after induction of labor/delivery were used as the"gold standard"for evaluating the efficacy of mid-pregnancy ultrasound examinations in detecting fetal malformations.Results:Among the five thousand two hundred and forty-three pregnant women who underwent mid-pregnancy ultrasound system examination,for⁃ty-nine cases were found to be abnormal,with an abnormality detection rate of 0.93%;All the pregnant women with anomalies were diagnosed with malformations by the"gold standard"diagnosis,and the sensitivity of mid-pregnancy ultrasound system in detecting fetal malformations was 100.00%,the specificity was 100.00%,and the accuracy was 100.00%.Conclusion:Mid-preg⁃nancy ultrasound system examination can effectively detect the children with birth defects,help improve the quality of birth popu⁃lation and promote eugenics.
