手法复位配合空气灌肠在原发性肠套叠患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨手法复位配合空气灌肠在原发性肠套叠患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月信宜市妇幼保健院收治的原发性肠套叠患儿126例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组,各63例。对照组采用空气灌肠,联合组采用手法复位配合空气灌肠。比较两组空气灌肠复位压力、肛门排气时间、复位成功率及并发症发生率。结果:联合组空气灌肠复位压力低于对照组,联合组肛门排气时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组复位成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:手法复位配合空气灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠可降低复位压力,提高复位成功率,促进肛门排气。Objective:To investigate the application effect of manual reduction combined with air enema in children with primary intussusception.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty-six children with primary intussusception treated in Xinyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a combination group and a control group according to random number table method,with sixty-three cases in each group.The control group received air enema,and the combination group received manual reduction combined with air enema.The reduction pressure of air enema,anal exhaust time,reduction success rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The reduction pressure of air enema in combination group was lower than that in control group,and the anal exhaust time in combination group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the reduction success rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Manual reduction combined with air enema in the treatment of intussusception in children can reduce the reduction pressure,improve the success rate of reduction and promote anal exhaust.
