摘　　要：目的:探究米索前列醇联合人工流产手术治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月毕节市赫章县妇幼保健院收治的瘢痕子宫妊娠患者68例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各34例。对照组接受人工流产手术治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予米索前列醇治疗。比较两组宫颈松弛优良率、手术指标、术后恢复指标、并发症发生率。结果:试验组宫颈松弛优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);试验组手术时间、术中出血量均少于对照组,试验组术后视觉模拟评分低于对照组,住院时间、阴道流血持续时间、术后首次月经来潮时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:米索前列醇联合人工流产手术治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠的临床效果显著,可有效促进宫颈松弛,改善手术指标,提升预后效果,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with abortion surgery in the treatment of scarred uterine pregnancy.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with scarred uterine pregnancy admitted to Bijie Hezhang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with thirty-four cases.The control group was treated with abortion surgery,and the experimental group was treated with misoprostol on the basis of the control group.Compared the excellent and good rate of cervical relaxation,surgical indexes,postoperative recovery indexes and complication rate of the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of cervical relaxation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008);the operation time and intraoperative bleeding of the experimental group were less than that of the control group,the postoperative Visual Analogue Scale score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time,duration of vaginal bleeding and the time of the first postoperative menstrual period were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:The clinical effect of misoprostol combined with abortion surgery in the treatment of scarred uterine pregnancy is remarkable,which can effectively promote cervical relaxation,improve surgical indexes,enhance the prognosis and reduce the occurrence of complications.
