布林佐胺滴眼液联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗青光眼的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的:探究布林佐胺滴眼液联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗青光眼的效果及安全性。方法:选取2022年1—12月遵义市习水县人民医院收治的青光眼患者60例作为研究对象,根据抽签方式随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组接受马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗,试验组接受马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液联合布林佐胺滴眼液治疗。比较两组视力、眼压、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、8、12周后,两组视力水平均高于治疗前,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、4、6、8、12周后,两组眼压均低于治疗前,试验组眼压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布林佐胺滴眼液联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗青光眼可有效改善患者视力水平,降低患者的眼压水平,提升治疗效果,并且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of brinzolamide eye drops combined with timolol maleate eye drops in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods:Sixty glaucoma patients admitted to Zunyi Xishui County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with thirty cases,according to the drawing of lots.The control group was treated with timolol maleate eye drops,and the experimental group was treated with timolol maleate eye drops combined with brinzolamide eye drops.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after 2,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the visual acuity levels of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after 2,4,6,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the intraocular pressure of both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the intraocular pressure of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Brinzolamide eye drops combined with timolol maleate eye drops in the treatment of glaucoma can effectively improve the visual acuity level of the patients,reduce the intraocular pressure level of the patients,enhance the therapeutic effect,and will not increase the adverse reactions.
