摘　　要：目的:探究经耳皮迷走神经刺激配合运动疗法治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者功能性便秘的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月于英德市人民医院住院诊疗的老年OVCF功能性便秘患者120例为研究对象,按照电脑随机法分为参照组与观察组,各60例。参照组予以常规干预与指导,观察组在参照组基础上给予运动疗法配合经耳皮迷走神经刺激。比较两组便秘情况、生存质量、临床疗效、并发症发生率。结果:干预前,两组Wexner便秘、便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组Wexner便秘评分均降低,PAC-QOL评分均升高,观察组Wexner便秘评分低于参照组,PAC-QOL评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组临床疗效有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:通过经耳皮迷走神经刺激配合运动疗法治疗老年OVCF功能性便秘,可改善患者便秘症状,临床疗效好,并发症发生率低,生活质量高。Objective:To explore the effect of transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation combined with exercise therapy on functional constipation in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty elderly patients with OVCF functional constipation hospitalized in Yingde People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the computer random method,with sixty cases in each group.The reference group was given routine intervention and guidance,and the observation group was given exercise therapy combined with transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation.The status of constipation,quality of life,clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Wexner Constipation and Patient-assessment of Constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,Wexner Constipation score decreased in both groups,and PAC-QOL score increased in both groups,Wexner Constipation score in observation group was lower than that in reference group,and PAC-QOL score was higher than that in reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:Transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of OVCF functional constipation in elderly patients can improve the symptoms of constipation,with good clinical efficacy,low complication rate and high quality of life.
