血清绒毛膜促性腺激素和孕酮水平联合检测对早期先兆流产的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探究早期先兆流产临床诊断中血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)与孕酮水平联合检验的应用价值。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月东莞市凤岗医院收治的疑似早期先兆流产患者56例作为试验组,另选取同期正常妊娠患者56例作为对照组。比较两组患者血清hCG与孕酮水平,计算血清hCG与孕酮水平检验单独进行、联合进行的诊断效能。结果:试验组血清hCG与孕酮水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。血清hCG联合孕酮检验诊断符合率、灵敏度高于单独血清hCG检验、单独孕酮检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清hCG联合孕酮检验与单独血清hCG检验、单独孕酮检验特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);单独血清hCG检验、单独孕酮检验诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期先兆流产诊断可以通过血清hCG和孕酮水平联合检验实现,具有较高的诊断准确性。Objective:To investigate the application value of the combined detection of serum chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)and progesterone levels in the clinical diagnosis of early threatened abortion.Methods:Fifty-six patients with suspected early threatened abortion admitted to Dongguan Fenggang Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the test group,and fifty-six patients with normal pregnancy in the same period were selected as the control group.Compared the serum hCG and progesterone levels of the two groups,and calculated the diagnostic efficacy of serum hCG and progesterone level tests separately and jointly.Results:The serum hCG and progesterone levels of patients in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The diagnostic compliance rate and sensitivity of serum hCG combined with progesterone test were higher than that of serum hCG test and progesterone test alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in specificity of serum hCG combined with progesterone test and serum hCG test alone,progesterone test alone(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in specificity diagnostic compliance rate,sensitivity and specificity of serum hCG test alone and progesterone test alone(P>0.05).Conclusion:Early diagnosis of threatened abortion can be realized by the combined test of serum hCG and progesterone level,which has high diagnostic accuracy.
