多元化健康教育模式在社区高血压老年患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究多元化健康教育模式在社区老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年5月于北京市大兴区兴丰街道社区卫生服务中心就诊的老年高血压患者66例为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各33例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式,试验组在对照组基础上采取多元化健康教育模式。比较两组血压水平、疾病知识知晓度、遵医行为评分。结果:干预后,两组舒张压、收缩压水平低于治疗前,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,试验组疾病知识知晓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);试验组科学运动、遵医服药、合理饮食、戒烟限酒评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:将多元化健康教育模式应用于社区高血压老年患者中的效果显著,可降低患者血压,加强患者遵医行为,提高疾病知识知晓度。Objective:To explore the application effect of diversified health education model in elderly hypertension patients in community.Methods:A total of sixty-six elderly hypertensive patients treated in Beijing Daxing District Xingfeng Street Community Health Service Center from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with thirty-three cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional health education mode,and the experimental group adopted the diversified health education mode based on the control group.Blood pressure level,disease knowledge awareness and compliance behavior score were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);ater intervention,the knowledge of disease in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);scores of scientific exercise,medication,reasonable diet,smoking cessation and alcohol restriction in experimental group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of diversified health education model to elderly patients with hypertension in the community has a significant effect,which can reduce patients'blood pressure,improve patients'compliance behavior and disease knowledge.
