摘　　要：目的:探讨以PDCA管理为主的持续质量改进在中药库房饮片储存和养护工作中的应用效果。方法:以2020年1—12月南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院采用常规管理的中药库房饮片1546批次为对照组,2021年1—12月采用以PDCA管理为主的持续质量改进的中药库房饮片1761批次为观察组。比较两组中药饮片储存和养护不合格率、中药库房管理质量。结果:两组中药饮片霉变、生虫、泛油发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组受潮率、变色率及不合格率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组饮片储存、养护、出入库管理和账目管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:以PDCA管理为主的持续质量改进有助于提高中药库房饮片储存和均养护质量,减少不合格现象。Objective:To discuss the effect of continuous quality improvement based on PDCA management in the storage and maintenance of decoction pieces in traditional Chinese medicine warehouse.Methods:From January to December 2020,one thousand five hundred and forty-six batches of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the warehouse of Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were used as the control group,and one thousand seven hundred and sixty-one batches of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the warehouse with PDCA management and continuous quality improvement were used as the observation group from January to December 2021.The unqualified rate of storage and maintenance of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and the management quality of traditional Chinese medicine warehouse were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of mildew,insect infestations and oil panting between two groups(P>0.05);moisture exposure rate,discoloration rate and unqualified rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of decoction piece storage,maintenance,warehouse management and account management in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The continuous quality improvement based on PDCA management is helpful to improve the storage and maintenance quality of TCM decoction pieces in the warehouse and reduce the phenomenon of nonconformity.
