布地奈德雾化吸入联合无创吸痰技术在重度毛细支气管炎患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德联合无创吸痰治疗重度毛细支气管炎的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2018年8月—2021年8月韶关市仁化县妇幼保健院收治的重度毛细支气管炎患儿60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组接受无创吸痰技术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿症状消失与住院时间、炎性水平、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组咳嗽、气促、肺部啰音、喘憋消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、WBC、PCT水平均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入联合无创吸痰技术可缩短重度毛细支气管炎患儿的临床体征恢复时间,降低其炎性表达水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of budesonide combined with noninvasive sputum aspiration in the treatment of severe bronchiolitis.Methods:Sixty children with severe bronchiolitis treated in Shaoguan Renhua County Mater-nal and Child Health Hospital from August 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treat-ment,the control group received non-invasive sputum aspiration technology treatment,the study group on the basis of the control group plus budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment.The duration of hospitalization,inflammatory level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of cough,shortness of breath,pulmonary rales,asthmatics and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.001);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,CRP,WBC and PCT levels in both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with noninvasive sputum aspiration can shorten the recovery time of clinical signs and reduce the inflamma-tory expression level in children with severe bronchiolitis,with high safety.
