摘　　要：目的:探讨“互联网+体检健康管理平台”在健康体检中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月于百色市人民医院体检中心进行健康体检的体检者500例作为研究对象,随机分为基础组与观察组,各250例。基础组根据常规流程完成体检,观察组采用“互联网+体检健康管理平台”完成体检。比较两组体检体验感评分、体检时间、候诊时间。结果:实施前,两组体检者预约服务、诊疗服务、护理服务评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施后,两组体检者预约服务、诊疗服务、护理服务评分均升高,观察组高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体检者体检时间、候诊时间短于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:健康体检中应用“互联网+体检健康管理平台”能明显改善体检者就医体验感,缩短体检者的候诊时间和就诊时间,获得高质量体检健康管理服务,值得积极推广及运用。Objective:To explore the application effect of"Internet+physical examination health management platform"in physi-cal examination.Methods:A total of five hundred physical examination subjects who underwent physical examination in the physi-cal examination center of Baise People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the basic group and the observation group,with two hundred and fifty cases in each group.The basic group completed the physical examination according to the routine process,and the observation group completed the physical examination using the"Internet+physical examination health management platform".The score of physical examination experience,physical examina-tion time and waiting time were compared between the two groups.Results:Before implementation,there was no significant differ-ence in the scores of appointment service,diagnosis and treatment service and nursing service between the two groups(P>0.05);After the implementation,the scores of appointment service,diagnosis and treatment service and nursing service of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the basic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical examination time and waiting time in observation group were shorter than those in basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of"Internet+physical examination health management plat-form"in physical examination can significantly improve the medical experience of physical examination subjects,shorten the wait-ing time and consultation time of physical examination subjects,and obtain high-quality physical examination health management services,which is worthy of active promotion and application.
