摘　　要：心力衰竭(HF)是指因心脏收缩和(或)舒张功能在多种因素的共同作用下出现障碍,难以充分排出静脉回心血量,引起静脉系统血液淤积和(或)动脉系统血液灌注不足,由此引发的心脏循环障碍的综合征。现今临床大部分关于HF的研究均集中于研究心室重构,关于心房结构和功能变化的研究较少。沙库巴曲缬沙坦在一定程度上可以起到逆转左房重构、改善患者心脏功能、降低心脏猝死发生率等作用。该研究就血管紧张素受体脑啡肽酶抑制剂对慢性HF患者左房重构的影响进行综述。Heart failure(HF)refers to a syndrome of circulatory disorders in the heart caused by a combination of factors that hin-der the contraction and/or relaxation function of the heart,making it difficult to fully discharge venous return blood,thus causing blood stasis in the venous system and/or insufficiency of blood perfusion in the arterial system,resulting in the syndrome of cardi-ac circulation disorder,resulting in the syndrome of cardiac circulation disorder.At present,most clinical studies on HF focus on ventricular remodeling,and few studies on changes in atrial structure and function.Sakubatrol valsartan can reverse left atrial re-modeling,improve cardiac function and reduce the incidence of sudden cardiac death to a certain extent.This study reviewed the effects of angiotensin receptor enkephalin inhibitors on left atrial remodeling in patients with chronic HF.
