摘  要:本研究利用气雾化法制备微米级超高Zn含量(质量分数25%)铝合金粉末,再通过放电等离子烧结(SPS)可制备出富Zn增强相细小弥散的块体合金,最后经过固溶-自然时效热处理可进一步优化合金增强相的种类、尺寸及分布,在固溶温度400℃时,固溶-自然时效后的超高Zn含量铝合金的抗拉强度可达540MPa,断裂伸长率为5.3%,气雾化-SPS烧结-固溶时效的工艺路线为超高Zn含量7系铝合金的制备提供了新的思路。Microns ultra-high Zn conten(t 25%mass fraction)aluminum alloy powders were prepared by aerosol atomization in this experiment.Then the bulk high Zn content aluminum alloy with Fine and well-distributed secondary phases was fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS)using these high Zn content aluminum powders.The solution-natural aging treatments were also used to further optimize the composition,size and distribution of secondary phases.The tensile strength reached 540MPa and break elongation reached 5.3%when the solution treatment temperature was 400℃.The multiple process of gas atomization-SPS sintering-solution aging treatment provides a new preparation method to ultra-high Zn content 7xxx series aluminum alloys.
