艾可特肠佳粉剂对大菱鲆生长性能及肠道健康的影响

摘　　要：[目的]评估艾可特肠佳粉剂对大菱鲆幼鱼生长性能和肠道组织结构的影响,为艾可特肠佳粉剂在大菱鲆及其他鱼类养殖中的应用提供数据支撑。[方法]将3 000尾初始体质量为(10±1) g和(40±5) g大菱鲆幼鱼分为2组,即试验组和对照组,每组3个重复。试验组在饲料中添加0.1%艾可特肠佳粉剂,对照组不做任何处理,试验周期21周,测定大菱鲆幼鱼的肠道绒毛长度、肌层厚度、特定生长率、增重率和肥满度。[结果]与对照组相比,试验组大菱鲆肠道绒毛长度极显著增加65.8%,肌层厚度显著增加44.7%,绒毛长度与肌层厚度比值显著增加38.9%,增重率、特定生长率和肥满度差异不显著。[结论]在饲料中添加0.1%艾可特肠佳粉剂可以增加大菱鲆肠道绒毛长度和肌层厚度,改善其肠道组织结构。[Objectives]The effects of EcoteChangjia powder on growth performance and intestinal tissue structure of juvenile turbot were evaluated to provide data support for the application of EcoteChangjia powder in the aquaculture of turbot and other fish species.[Methods]3000 juvenile tur‐bots with an initial body mass of(10±1)g and(40±5)g were divided into two groups including the experimental group and the control group,with 3 replicates in each group.The feed in the experi‐mental group was supplemented with 0.1%EcoteChangjia powder,while that in the control group was not treated,lasted for 21 weeks.The length of intestinal villus,myographic thickness,specific growth rate,rate of weight gain,and the fatness of juvenile turbot were measured.[Results]Compared with the control group,the length of intestinal villus,muscle layer thickness,and the ratio of villus length to myographic thickness in the experimental group were significantly increased by 65.8%,44.7%and 38.9%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the rate of weight gain,specific growth rate,and the fatness.[Conclusions]Adding 0.1%EcoteChangjia powder to turbot feed can increase the length of intestinal villi and myographic thickness of turbot,and improve its intestinal tissue structure.
