摘 要:针对可可盖矿井筒松散围岩稳定性差、易出现大变形、地表塌陷和支护困难等问题,通过理论分析、数值模拟相结合的方法,研究表土段、风化基岩段井筒稳定机理与支护技术,进行各段井筒的支护形式和参数的研究,实现井筒的长期稳定和提高井筒掘进速度的目标。提出的参数条件在现场应用的背景下,明槽段和综掘段主副斜井的井筒变形量在可控范围内。Aiming at the problems of poor stability of wellbore loose surrounding rock,easy occurrence of large deformation,surface collapse,and difficulty in support in Kekegai Mine,the stability mechanism and support technology of the topsoil section and weathered bedrock section of the wellbore are studied through a combination method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The supporting forms and parameters of each section of the wellbore are studied to achieve the goal of long-term stability of the shaft and improving the excavation speed of the wellbore.Under the background of on-site application of the proposed parameter conditions,the wellbore deformation amount of the main and auxiliary inclined shafts in the open channel section and the comprehensive excavation section is within a controllable range.
