摘 要:陈四楼煤矿主井采用双层钢筋混凝土复合井壁结构,井筒穿过厚度368 m的冲积层,由于表土段井壁发生破裂,对井筒的安全使用产生重大安全隐患,采用改造井壁法进行修复治理,释放井壁中积蓄的能量,能够很好地达到防治井壁破裂灾害目的。然而在井筒井壁开槽期间,存在井壁突水涌砂风险,井壁开槽是井筒修复的难点。该文以陈四楼煤矿主井修复为例,采用“定向爆破+人工破除”的井壁开槽施工方案,通过爆破区域划分、优化爆破参数及作业顺序,减小爆破对外层井壁及开槽部位上下内层井壁的影响,达到保留井壁完好率与稳定性、开槽边界完整性的效果。The main well of Chensilou Coal Mine adopts a double-layer reinforced concrete composite well wall structure.The shaft passes through an alluvial layer with a thickness of 368 m.Due to the fracture of the surface soil section well wall,there is a significant safety hidden danger to the safe use of the shaft.The renovation of the well wall method is used for restore and administer,releasing the energy accumulated in the well wall,which can effectively achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling the well wall fracture disaster.However,during the slotting period of the shaft well wall,there is a risk of water and sand inrush from the well wall,the difficulty of shaft restore is to slot the well wall.This article takes the restore of the main well of Chensilou Coal Mine as an example,and adopts a construction scheme of"directional blasting+manual demolition"for well wall slotting.By dividing the blasting area,optimizing blasting parameters and operation sequence,the impact of blasting on the outer well wall and upper and lower inner well walls of the slotting parts is reduced,achieving the effect of preserving the integrity and stability of the well wall and the integrity of the slotting boundary.
