摘 要:针对辛置煤矿东区地质条件复杂,已施工的轨道大巷和皮带大巷之间层位差别大,在设计时常需要在两条大巷之间施工断面较小、长度较短的联络巷作为回风、行人或运料通道,传统的炮掘法受政策影响和安全性较难控制等原因不宜使用,综掘法受巷道客观条件制约发挥不出机械优势等问题,通过利用断面中较软的含煤层更易人工创造充足的凌空面或自由面这一特点,提出采用液压张裂掘进法进行施工。结果表明,在半煤岩巷或巷道断面岩层占4/5以上的含煤岩巷中利用液压张裂掘进法掘进,单进水平满足要求,并在很大程度上减轻了职工的劳动强度。Aiming at the complex geological conditions in the eastern area of Xinzhi Coal Mine,there is a significant difference in the layers between the constructed track main roadway and belt main roadway.In design,it is often necessary to construct a connecting roadway with relatively smaller cross section and relatively shorter length between the two main roadways as a return air,pedestrian,or material transportation channel.The traditional blasting excavation method is not suitable due to reasons such as policy influences and difficult safety control and so on.The fully mechanized excavation method is restricted by the objective conditions of the roadway and can not give full play to its mechanical advantages,by taking advantage of the fact that the relatively softer coal seams in the cross section are easier to artificially create sufficient volley surfaces or free surfaces,a hydraulic tension cracking excavation method is proposed for construction.The results show that using hydraulic tension cracking excavation method to excavate in coal bearing rock roadways with rock layers accounting for more than 4/5 of the semi coal rock roadway or roadway cross section,the single entry level meets the requirements and greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
