水平应力影响下底抽巷道抽采孔布设位置研究

摘  要:郑州煤业集团告成煤矿底抽巷道围岩软弱易碎,受地应力影响强烈,导致抽采钻孔塌孔频发。为了减少抽采钻孔变形破坏,提高瓦斯抽采效率,通过数值模拟方法对不同水平应力影响下底抽巷道围岩变形破坏特征进行分析,利用钻孔成像轨迹检测装置对钻孔变形与裂纹分布进行检测。结果表明:在抽采孔布孔时需充分考虑水平应力影响,避开高水平应力区域及巷道顶板中心等应力集中区域,以提高抽采钻孔稳定性。The surrounding rock of the bottom extraction roadway in Gaocheng Coal Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group is weak and fragile,and is strongly affected by ground stress,resulting in frequent hole collapse of extraction drilling holes.In order to reduce the deformation and damage of extraction drilling holes and improve the efficiency of gas extraction,numerical simulation methods are used to analyze the deformation and damage characteristics of the surrounding rock of the bottom extraction roadway under different horizontal stress influences.The drilling hole imaging trajectory detection device is used to monitor the drilling holes deformation and cracks distribution.The results indicate that the influence of horizontal stress should be fully considered when arranging holes for extraction,avoiding stress concentration areas such as high horizontal stress areas and the center of the roadway roof,in order to improve the stability of extraction drilling holes.
