摘 要:为丰富酸化压裂液体系,以甲酸与氢氟酸为代表对煤样进行溶蚀处理,来探索有机酸与无机酸对煤样的力学损伤规律,采用单轴压缩实验,解释酸液对煤体力学性质的改造机理。结果表明,氢氟酸降低原煤的抗压强度效果比甲酸显著,15%浓度氢氟酸煤样的峰值应力比原煤低54.28%,失稳破坏所需的总能量比原煤降低73.73%,抗压强度综合改造效果最好。甲酸提高煤的韧性效果比氢氟酸显著,15%浓度甲酸煤样峰值应变较于原煤仅降低18.80%,总能量输入速率较缓且数值较高,韧性综合改造效果最好。To enrich the acidizing fracturing fluid system,formic acid and hydrofluoric acid are used as representatives for corrosion treatment of coal samples to explore the mechanical damage laws of organic and inorganic acids on coal samples.Uniaxial compression experiments are used to explain the transformation mechanism of acid liquor on the mechanical properties of coal bodies.The results show that hydrofluoric acid has a significant effect on reducing the compressive strength of raw coal compared to formic acid.The peak stress of the 15%concentration hydrofluoric acid coal sample is 54.28%lower than that of raw coal,and the total energy required for instability and failure is 73.73%lower than that of raw coal.The comprehensive transformation effect of compressive strength is the best.Formic acid has a significant effect on improving the toughness of coal compared to hydrofluoric acid.The peak strain of 15%concentration formic acid coal sample is only reduced by 18.80%compared to raw coal.The total energy input rate is relatively slow and the value is relatively high,and the comprehensive toughness transformation effect is the best.
