摘 要:陈四楼煤矿主要水害影响为主采煤层底板太原组上段灰岩含水层,矿井普遍采用底板注浆改造技术加固改造含水层,在刚引入钻孔测斜时发现钻孔偏斜较大,施工期间补加验证钻孔较多,一定程度上影响底板注浆改造效果。针对该问题,通过分析煤层底板岩性变化、钻进方式等影响因素,经过实践与对比,提出了一套优化钻进期间钻具组合复合施工方式,明确了底板注浆改造钻孔防偏斜施工方法,有效提高了钻孔施工精度,具有很高的实用性。The main impact of water damage in Chensilou Coal Mine is the limestone aquifer in the upper section of the Taiyuan Formation of the main mining coal seam floor.The mine generally adopts the floor grouting transformation technology to reinforce and transform the aquifer.When the drilling is first introduced for inclination measurement,it is found that the deviation of the drilling hole is relatively large.During construction,there are many additional verification drilling holes added,which to some extent affected the effectiveness of the floor grouting transformation.In view of this issue,a set of optimized drilling tool combination composite construction methods during drilling is proposed by analyzing factors such as changes in coal seam floor lithology and drilling methods,and through practice and comparison.The anti-deviation construction method of drilling hole in the transformation of floor grouting is clarified,which effectively improves the construction accuracy of drilling hole and has high practicability.
