摘  要:考虑到光伏并网后会很大程度上引起系统电压升高问题,会对电能质量造成负面影响。依托配电网分布式储能系统,以配电网下建模作为背景,构建分布式储能系统优化模型。优先建立以系统煤耗成本、储能系统寿命成本最小为目标,结合改进粒子群(IPSO)算法的良好寻优能力,对所提目标模型进行优化求解。最后利用IEEE 33节点网络测试系统对所建的模型及算法进行仿真验证,通过仿真结果可知,配电网分布式储能系统能够在促进电网运行经济性的基础上,使得节点运行电压偏差有效降低,由此验证本次模型及其算法具备有效性。Considering that the photovoltaic grid will largely cause the problem of system voltage rise,which will have a negative impact on power quality.Based on the modeling background of distributed energy storage system in distribution network,this paper establishes the optimization model of distributed energy storage system in distribution network.With the minimum coal consumption cost and life cost of energy storage system as the goal,the optimization of the objective model in this paper is carried out by combining with the good optimization ability of improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm.Finally,the IEEE33 node network test system is used to simulate and verify the model and algorithm built in this paper.Through the simulation results,it can be seen that the distributed energy storage system of the distribution network can improve the operation economy of the power grid while reducing the operating voltage deviation of the nodes,thus demonstrating the effectiveness of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper.
