摘 要:采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)模拟方法对湿法硫磺造粒液硫固化过程进行研究,以成型盘为研究对象,计算分析不同成型盘工艺参数下硫磺液滴在冷却水中的动力学与传热学过程。对颗粒形貌、细粉硫占比及颗粒粘连情况等颗粒质量进行分析。得到了液硫温度、液硫液面高度、成型盘孔径、液硫入水高度等主要成型盘工艺参数对硫磺成型质量的影响规律,从而优化参数,为硫磺湿法造粒工艺参数的设计提供理论及应用参考。The process of sulfur solidification in the wet-process sulfur pelletizing liquid is studied by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation.Taking the forming disk as the research object,the dynamics and heat transfer process of sulfur droplets in cooling water under different process parameters of the forming disk are calculated and analyzed.The particle quality,such as particle morphology,sulfur proportion of fine powder and particle adhesion,was analyzed.The influence of the main parameters of the forming disc on the forming quality of sulfur,such as the temperature of liquid sulfur,the height of liquid surface of liquid sulfur,the aperture of the forming disc and the height of liquid sulfur into water were obtained.
