切向进气结构对径向流甲醇合成反应器传热特性影响研究

摘  要:为探究切向进气结构对径向流甲醇合成反应器内催化床层传热特性的影响,通过改变径向流甲醇合成反应器内外分布筒体开孔角度,将混合气入口处普通进气方式改为切向进气,建立了θ=0°、15°、30°、45°的切向进气径向流甲醇合成反应器结构,并采用CFD软件对各角度下反应器温度场进行模拟计算。研究表明,合理的切向角度下的切向进气结构可以提高反应器内流体的混合程度,增加反应物的接触面积,增强传热,不仅能提高反应器温度分布的均匀性,还提高了反应效率和产物收率。研究发现,当θ=30°时反应器内温度场分布最为均匀。In order to explore the influence of tangential intake structure on the heat transfer characteristics of the catalyst bed in a radial flow methanol synthesis reactor,the opening angleθof the inner and outer distribution cylinders of the radial flow methanol synthesis reactor was changed,and the ordinary intake method at the inlet of the mixed gas was changed to tangential intake.The tangential intake radial flow methanol synthesis reactor structure withθ=0°,15°,30°,and 45°was established,and the temperature field in the reactor under each angle was simulated and calculated using CFD software.The study shows that the tangential intake structure with a reasonable tangential angle can improve the mixing degree of the fluid in the reactor,increase the contact area of the reactants,enhance heat transfer,not only improve the uniformity of the reactor temperature distribution but also improve the reaction efficiency and product yield.Moreover,whenθ=30°,the temperature field distribution in the reactor is the most uniform.
