摘 要:‘油榛’是福建省建瓯市广泛种植的优良农家品种之一。本研究利用SSR分子标记对‘油榛’栽培群体进行遗传多样性分析,探索其变异情况,结果表明:由10个SSR引物组合对锥栗农家品种‘油榛’栽培群体的30个植株进行PCR扩增,共计扩增出26个条带,多态性条带26个,多态性条带占比100%,30个植株的遗传相似性系数在0.1154~1.0000之间,平均为0.8772,表明锥栗农家品种‘油榛’具有较高的遗传多样性。为了解‘油榛’栽培群体30个植株的亲缘关系,对30个植株进行聚类分析,其中YZ5、YZ1单独各聚为一类,其余28个植株聚为一类。研究结果为在锥栗农家品种栽培群体中进行优树选择提供了理论依据。The northern part of Fujian Province is the main producing area of Castanea henryi,and'Youzhen'is one of the fine varieties widely planted in Jian'ou City.The SSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of the'Youzhen'cultivated population and explore its variation.The PCR was performed on 30 trees of'Youzhen'cultivated population with 10 SSR primer combinations.The 26 bands were amplified and all of them were polymorphic.The genetic similarity coefficient between trees varied from 0.1154 to 1.0000,with an average of 0.8772,indicating that'Youzhen'had high genetic diversity.In order to understand the genetic relationship of 30 trees,a cluster analysis was performed,among which YZ5 and YZ1 were clustered into one group separately,and the other 28 plants were clustered into one group.The results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of excellent trees in the cultivaed population of Castanea henryi.
