摘 要:选育优质香型常规稻新品种供生产应用,研究该品种与其亲本的遗传相似性,为今后亲本的育种选择提供参考。以‘泰国丝苗’为母本、‘田东香’为父本进行杂交,经系谱选育而成的‘万泰香占’,于2017年与2018年参加广西恒茂联合体区试广西桂南稻作区晚籼组试验中的区域试验并于2018年同步进行了生产试验。利用香味基因Badh2-E7标记对‘万泰香占’及其亲本进行检测;利用48对SSR引物对‘万泰香占’及其亲本进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,2年区域试验平均产量为454.89 kg/667 m^(2),比对照品种‘深两优5814’减产5.90%;2018年生产试验的产量为462.09 kg/667 m^(2),比对照品种减产2.92%。稻米品质达部标二等。2020年通过广西壮族自治区农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:桂审稻2020130号)。‘万泰香占’和‘田东香’含有Badh2-E7香味基因,而‘泰国丝苗’未含有Badh2-E7香味基因。‘万泰香占’与‘泰国丝苗’、‘田东香’之间的遗传相似系数分别为0.7475、0.7568。优质香型常规稻新品种‘万泰香占’分蘖力强,米粒细长,饭味浓香适口,适宜在桂南、桂中北作早、晚稻种植。‘万泰香占’具有香味及亲缘关系更倾向于父本‘田东香’。To select a new high-quality fragrant conventional rice variety for production application,and to study the genetic similarity between this variety and its parents which will provide reference for the selection of breeding parents in the future.'Wantaixiangzhan',which was bred through pedigree breeding using'Taiguosimiao'as the female parent and'Tiandongxiang'as the male parent,been tested in the regional trial of the late indica rice group in the Guangxi Hengmao Joint Venture in 2017 and 2018,and conducted production trials simultaneously in 2018.The Badh2-E7 marker of aroma gene was used to detect'Wantaixiangzhan'and its parents.The genetic diversity of'Wantaixiangzhan'and its parents was analyzed by using 48 pairs of SSR primers.The results showed that the average yield of the two-year regional test was 454.89 kg/667 m^(2),which was 5.90%lower than the control variety'Shenliangyou5814'.The yield of the 2018 production test was 462.09 kg/667 m^(2),which was 2.92%lower than the control variety.The quality of rice has reached the second level of the national standard.It was approved by Guangxi Crop Variety Certification Committee in 2020(approval number:Guishendao 2020130).Badh2-E7 aroma gene was found in'Wantaixiangzhan'and'Tiandongxiang',while Badh2-E7 gene was not found in'Taiguosimiao'.The genetic similarity coefficients between'Wantaixiangzhan','Taiguosimiao'and'Tiandongxiang'are 0.7475 and 0.7568,respectively.The new high-quality and fragrant conventional rice variety,'Wantaixiangzhan'has strong tillering ability,slender grains,strong aroma and palatability.It is suitable for planting early and late rice in southern and central northern Guangxi.In terms of aroma and genetic relationship,'Wantaixiangzhan'is more inclined towards his male parent'Tiandongxiang'.
