油蔬两用油菜新品种‘浙大649’的选育

摘　　要：油菜新品种‘浙大649’是衢州市农业林业科学研究院和浙江大学联合选育的油蔬两用的甘蓝型油菜新品种,含油量50.89%、硫甙含量20.82μmol/g、芥酸含量0.73%、油酸含量67.3%,菌核病抗性等级为低抗LR,具有分枝力强、抗倒伏、耐低温等优点。丰产性好,连续两年参加浙江省联品试验,产量分别为3 340.5、2 839.5 kg/hm^(2)。‘浙大649’摘薹后的菜籽产量2 626.3 kg/hm^(2),菜薹产值13 393元/hm^(2),净收益增加6 312元/hm^(2),菜用具有营养丰富、清脆爽口、叶大茎少等优点。本研究从选育过程、品种特性、产量表现、菜用表现和栽培技术等几个方面重点介绍‘浙大649’,为其推广应用提供参考价值。'Zheda649'is a new oil-vegetable rapeseed variety breeding jointly by Quzhou Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences and Zhejiang University.The oil content of 50.89%,glucosinolide content of 20.82μmol/g,erucic acid content of 0.73%,oleic acid content of 67.3%,sclerotinia disease resistance level is low LR,it has the advantages of strong branching force,lodging resistance and low temperature resistance.Participated in Zhejiang Province joint test for two consecutive years,the yield is 3340.5 kg/hm^(2) and 2839.5 kg/hm^(2),respectively.The stem-cut rapeseed yield of'Zheda649'is 2626.3 kg/hm^(2),the young stem value of rapeseed is 13393 yuan/hm^(2),and the net income is increased 6312 yuan/hm^(2).The vegetable use has the advantages of rich nutrition,crisp and refreshing,large leaves and few stems.In this study,'Zheda649'was introduced mainly from the aspects of breeding process,variety characteristics,yield performance,vegetable use performance and cultivation technology,so as to provide reference value for its popularization and application.
