摘 要:以高油酸花生新品种‘开农1715’为例分析品种的丰产稳产性,本研究对其参加的两年全国北方片区花生区域试验进行了系统分析,利用Genstat软件的混合线性模型获取各试点每个基因型的最佳线性无偏预测值(best linear unbiased prediction, BLUP),进行丰产性、稳产性和适应性分析。结果表明,产量数据的BLUP值更接近于真实育种值;‘开农1715’产量表现最好;26点次增产,最高增幅39.17%;适宜在北方片区的山东、河南和河北等地种植。因此,‘开农1715’具有很高的利用价值,适合大面积推广应用。本研究为农作物品种提供一个可靠的评价方法。The new peanut variety'Kainong1715'with high oleic acid was taken as an example to analyze the high yield and stability performance of cultivars and the regional trials of peanut including'Kainong1715'in north China was systematically analyzed in this study.The best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP)data of all genotypes in each testing sites was obtained by mixed linear model of Genstat software.Then the BLUP data were performed high-yield,stability and adaptability analysis based on GGE biplot.The results showed that the BLUP of the yield data was closer to the true breeding value.'Kainong1715'had the highest yield performance and the yield of it increased at 26 points with the highest increase rate of 39.17%.It was suitable for planting in Shandong,Henan,Hebei,Jilin and Liaoning in the north of China.Therefore,'Kainong1715'could be a major variety to popularize and apply on a large scale which had high utilization value.This study provides a reliable evaluation method for crop varieties.
