摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨生物育种技术与农村就业机会之间的关联。通过农村就业现状和生物育种技术发展的分析,结合现有文献和案例研究,本研究揭示了生物育种技术对农村就业的积极影响,总结了政策和政府支持、培训和教育因素、市场需求和机会以及环境和社会因素是影响农村就业与生物育种技术关联的关键因素。同时,也讨论了生物育种技术在农村就业中的限制和挑战,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望,包括生物育种技术的前景、农村就业机会的潜在增长和持续研究的必要性。本研究期望为政府、企业和社会组织提供了有益的指导,以更好地利用生物育种技术,促进农村地区的经济发展和农村人民的福祉。The study aims to explore the relationship between biotechnology and rural employment opportunities.Through an analysis of the current rural employment situation and the development of biotechnology,combined with existing literature and case studies,this research reveals the positive impact of biotechnology on rural employment.It summarizes that key factors influencing the association between rural employment and biotechnology include policy and government support,training and education,market demand and opportunities,as well as environmental and social factors.Simultaneously,the study also discuss the limitations and challenges of biotechnology in rural employment and provide insights into future trends,including the prospects of biotechnology,the potential growth of rural employment opportunities and the necessity of ongoing research.This study aims to provide valuable guidance to governments,businesses,and social organizations to better harness biotechnology for the promotion of economic development in rural areas and the well-being of rural communities.
