半夏白术天麻汤在急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探析半夏白术天麻汤在急性脑梗死患者临床治疗中的应用效果及治疗有效率。选取贵阳市第一人民医院神经科于2022年1月—2022年12月收治的80例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式的不同将所选患者随机平均分成对照组与观察组,每组分别纳入目标对象40例。对照组患者采用常规西医药物治疗方法,观察组患者采用半夏白术天麻汤中医治疗方法。观察两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗总有效率、血液流变学相关指标,不良反应发生率以及生活质量。研究发现,急性脑梗死患者的临床治疗中积极采用半夏白术天麻汤中医治疗方式,能够明显改善患者神经功能,增强患者日常生活能力,提升临床治疗总有效率,控制患者病情恶化,且此种治疗方式具有安全、无副作用的特点,可以降低不良反应发生率,促进患者尽快恢复。Exploring the application effect and treatment effectiveness of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang in the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients.80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Neurology Department of the First People’s Hospital of Guiyang from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,the selected patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group included in the target group.The control group patients received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group patients received traditional Chinese medicine treatment with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang.Observe the clinical treatment efficacy,total effective rate,hemorheological related indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life of two groups of patients.Research has found that actively adopting the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang in the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can signifi cantly improve their neurological function,enhance their daily living ability,enhance the overall effective rate of clinical treatment,control the deterioration of their condition,and this treatment method has the characteristics of safety and no side effects,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and promote patients to recover as soon as possible.
