摘　　要：检察机关司法警察参与公益诉讼工作已在全国范围内开展,但仍处于探索阶段。上海市崇明区人民检察院司法警察大队立足参与公益诉讼办案实践,摸索和提出了司法警察参与公益诉讼的工作指导、目标任务和具体工作流程,明确了需要把握的主要问题,对于推动《人民检察院司法警察条例》的修改、加快检察机关司法警察履职转型,具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。The participation of judicial police of procuratorial organs in public interest litigation has been carried out nationwide,but it is still in the exploration stage.Based on the practice of participating in public interest litigation,the Judicial Police Brigade of the People’s Procuratorate of Chongming District explored and put forward the guidance,goals and process of the work,and clarified the main issues that need to be grasped,which has certain reference for promoting the revision of the“Regulations on Judicial Police of the People’s Procuratorate”and speeding up the transformation of the judicial police of procuratorial organs in performing their duties.
