摘　　要：为适应新时期社会发展和警务实际需求,监狱系统每年都要从社会招录一定数量的普通院校非警察专业毕业生。结合现行培训特点,针对存在的警察职业意识有待提高、纪律作风培养难度较大、理想信念奉献精神欠缺、培训内容笼统缺乏个性化等问题,提出构建科学合理的培训内容体系、完善警字特色的育训管理机制、开发多元化的教学训练手段、建立理实相结合的师资队伍等改进对策。In order to adapt to the social development of the new era and the actual needs of the police,the prison system recruits a certain number of non-police graduates from ordinary colleges and universities every year.Combined with the current training characteristics,in view of the existing problems such as the need to improve the professional awareness of the police,the difficulty of cultivating a disciplined style of work,the lack of ideals,beliefs and dedication,and the lack of personalization of training content in general,countermeasures are proposed in terms of building a scientific and reasonable training content system,improving the education and training management mechanism with the characteristics of police,developing diversified teaching and training methods,and establishing a team of teachers that combine theory and reality.
