生态系统观下我国智慧养老服务的困境识别与路径优化

摘　　要：智慧养老为解决传统养老困境提供了良好方案,但却在实践中面临着推广难题。我国智慧养老服务在用户与服务供应商层次,二元互动缺乏,价值单向传递;多元平台林立,价值网相对封闭;宏观层次制度缺乏,削弱了服务生态系统的价值共创功能。要推动可持续的智慧养老服务价值目标的实现,需要重新审视各参与方及其行为,微观层次上嵌入需求导向,进行需求培育;中观层次理顺多主体间的层级与协作关系,加强平台整合与研发联盟,促进资源共享与价值共创;宏观层次上,加强政府制度引导,创造新的资源、技术和制度。Smart care service provides a good solution to the dilemma of traditional pension,but it is faced with the promo⁃tion problems in practice.It was found that China's smart care service lacked binary interaction and one-way value transmission at the level of users and service providers.There were many diversified platforms,and the value network was relatively closed.The lack of macro level system weakened the value co-creation function of service ecosystem.Under the service ecosystem,it is nee⁃ded to re-examine the participants and their behaviors,embed demand orientation at the micro level and cultivate demand.At the meso-level,it is suggested to clear the hierarchical and collaborative relationship among multiple subjects,strengthen plat⁃form integration and R&D alliance to promote the resource sharing and value creation.At the macro-level,it is suggested to strengthen the guidance of government system,create new resources,technologies and systems,which can promote the realization of the value goal of sustainable smart care services.
