摘  要:施加物理外场可以对液态金属凝固过程进行调控,改善凝固组织进而获得高性能的优质铸件。阐述了不同物理外场(电脉冲、电磁场、重力场、超声波等)对纯金属和合金凝固组织影响及其作用机理,总结了物理外场对合金凝固过程的影响及其在金属材料中的应用,并介绍了各外场的创新应用以及发展趋势。Physical external field can control the solidification process of liquid metal to obtain high-quality castings by improving the solidification structure.The development status and mechanism of different physical external fields,including electric pulse,electromagnetic field,gravity field and ultrasonic wave,on solidification structure of pure metal and alloy were described.The influence of physical external field on solidification process of alloy as well as application in metals was summarized,and the innovative application and development trend of each external field were introduced.
