摘 要:针对Cu-Zr-Al-Sn非晶复合材料中B2-CuZr相析出不均匀,尺寸较大的问题,向体系中添加Ta元素,旨在通过高熔点富Ta相的析出,促进B2-CuZr相的异质形核与均匀分散,制备多相增强CuZr基非晶复合材料。研究了不同Ta添加量时复合材料的组织与性能的演化规律,发现引入的富Ta相可成为B2-CuZr相的有效异质形核基底,调控B2-CuZr相的析出量、尺寸和分布,形成的多相增强结构可有效改善合金的力学性能。随着Ta含量增加,试样的屈服强度逐渐降低,塑性变形能力先增加后减小,性能最优异的[(Cu_(0.5)Zr_(0.5))_(0.925)Al_(0.07)Sn_(0.005)]_(97)Ta_(5)非晶复合材料的抗压强度达到2214 MPa,塑性应变达到4.3%。In view of the uneven precipitation and large size of B2-CuZr phase in Cu-Zr-Al-Sn amorphous composites,Ta was added to the system,and heterogeneous nucleation and uniform dispersion of B2-CuZr phase was promoted through precipitation of Ta phase with high melting point,to obtain multi-phase reinforced CuZr-based amorphous composites.The evolution law of microstructure and properties of the composites with different Ta contents was systematically investigated.The results indicate that the introduced Ta-rich phase acts as an effective heterogeneous nucleation site for B2-CuZr phase,and regulate the precipitation amount,dimension and distribution of B2-CuZr phase,to generate multi-phase reinforcing structure to effectively enhance mechanical properties.With the increase of Ta content,the yield strength is decreased gradually,and plastic deformation ability is increased firstly and then decreased.The tensile strength and plastic strain of[(Cu_(0.5)Zr_(0.5))_(0.925)Al_(0.07)Sn_(0.005)]_(97)Ta_(5) amorphous composite with optimal performance reach 2214 MPa and 4.3%,respectively.
