摘 要:对汽车发动机前盖形状、结构特点及技术要求进行分析,设计了该产品浇注系统和排溢系统,并采用计算方法设计出内浇口、横浇道、排溢槽的尺寸。在理论设计的基础上,使用AnyCasting软件对发动机前盖产品的压铸过程进行模拟,经过实际试模后对产品品质进行检查,对排溢槽尺寸进行微调。经过理论计算、模拟分析、试模调整后最终确定了浇注系统和排溢系统,经批量生产验证,产品品质高、模具运行稳定可靠。The shape,structural features and technical requirements of automobile bonnet product were analyzed,and the casting system and overflow system were designed.Meanwhile,the calculation method was adopted to design the dimensions of the inner gate,runner and overflow slot.On the basis of theoretical design,AnyCasting software was used to simulate the casting process.Finally,through the inspection of quality after the mold test,the size of the overflow was tailored slightly.The gating system and overflow system were determined by theoretical calculation,simulation analysis and mold trial adjustment.The product quality is high and the mold operation is stable and reliable by batch product verification.
