摘 要:[目的/意义]国际民调能建构国际社会的认知图景,既是影响国际舆论的重要工具,也是有效提升国际话语权的重要路径。既往关于智库建设的研究中,对国际民调这一意义深远的“数字叙事”重视程度有待提升。[方法/过程]本文对国际民调的发展历程进行了溯源,从哲学、技术和价值三个层面对西方涉华民调进行“解构”,并对近年来CGTN智库发布的14份国际民调进行了多维度研究。[结果/结论]在总结经验和探究规律的基础上,本文提出打造国际民调品牌、提升民调数据质量和内通外联开展民调3项CGTN智库的精进策略,并在此基础上,对充分发挥民调智库作用、助力提升中国话语权进行了更深入探索。[Purpose/significance]An international survey can help construct the cognitive landscape of international community.By exerting its role,an international survey can influence international public opinion and effectively enhance international discourse power.However,previous research on the construction of think tanks has not placed enough emphasis on this aspect.[Method/process]This article traces the development process of international surveys,deconstructs Western surveys from the perspective of philosophy,technology,and value,and conducts a multi-dimensional research analysis of 14 international surveys released by CGTN think tank in recent years.[Result/conclusion]Based on the lessons learned and legal exploration,this article proposes three refined strategies of CGTN think tank:building an international survey brand,improving the quality of survey data,and fostering extensive cooperation with domestic and foreign institutions.Furthermore,it offers deeper insights into fully leveraging the role of international survey think tanks to help enhance China’s discourse power.
