摘 要:采用耦合非均匀弹性能和粘塑性本构方程的相场模型,模拟了Ni-Al合金在时效和外加应力条件下γ′相的演化过程,并讨论了在时效和筏化两个阶段溶质原子和长程有序参量的分布情况。结果表明:在时效析出过程,γ′相逐渐长大并粗化,由于扩散速率的差异,序参数的起伏比成分更大;在弹性能的作用下,γ′相形貌最终演变成立方状,溶质原子浓度和序参数达到稳定。在外加应力下的筏化过程中,γ′相发生定向粗化,γ通道变窄,随着演化的进行,γ′相逐渐沿单一方向排布,呈竹筏状;随着界面的迁移,γ通道消失,相邻γ′相合并形成单一γ′相。A phase-field model coupling inhomogenous elastic energy and viscoplastic constitutive equation has been developed to simulate the evolution ofγ′phase in Ni-Al alloy under conditions of aging and applied stress,and the distributions of solute atom and long-range order parameters during the two processes of aging and rafting were discussed.The results showed that during the aging precipitation process,theγ′phase gradually grew and coarsened,and due to the difference in diffusion rate,the order parameter fluctuated more obviously than that of the solute atom;and under the action of elastic energy,theγ′phase eventually evolved into a cubic-like structure,the concentration of solute atom and the order parameter reached stability eventually.During rafting under the applied stress,theγ′phase coarsened directionally and the channels ofγbecame narrowed;and as evolution proceeded,theγ′phase gradually aligned along a single direction and exhibited a raft-like structure;theγchannels eventually disappeared and the adjacentγ′phases merged into a singleγ′phase with the migration of the interface.
